- Communication data — call and message metadata, lead details, and the content of notifications we generate and send on your behalf.

We use the information we collect to deliver and operate the service, send operational notifications, classify and route leads, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not use this information for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the service (for example, cloud hosting, database, messaging delivery, and AI processing providers), and only as needed to provide the service. 04SMS / text messaging
Mobile information is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the data-sharing described above excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information is not shared with any third party for any purpose, and is not sold under any circumstances.
We use phone numbers you provide solely to send the operational notifications described in our Terms & Conditions. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
05Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
06Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant data isolation — to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
07Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account owners.
