These Terms govern your use of the AstraRelay service operated by AstraRelay LLC (“AstraRelay,” “we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
01The service
AstraRelay provides communication infrastructure for trades businesses, including missed-call capture, lead classification, operational notifications, and related integrations. We may update or modify features over time.
02Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
03SMS / text messaging terms
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and consent, AstraRelay sends operational notifications to business owners and operators of AstraRelay accounts. Messages may include missed-call alerts, new-lead notifications, follow-up reminders, and account or service alerts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. AstraRelay does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates may apply.
Opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To resume, sign up again.
Help
For help, reply HELP to any message, or email support@astrarelay.com.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside AstraRelay’s control.
Privacy
How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
04Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AstraRelay LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.
05Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraRelay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
06Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
